Mum's Muesli

3 tbsp brown sugar
120gm butter (Melt and mix with sugar)

6 cups rolled oats
4 cups sultana bran
½ cup whole almonds
½ cup pumpkin seeds (Roll together and add sugar and butter – mix with hands)

Bake in oven for ages (at least an hour) on 100, flip occasionally (casual styles – to get mums laid-back flavor)

½ cup dried figs
½ cup dried mango pieces
½ cup dried strawberries
Or whatever floats your boat – dried apricots rock too
