Mamma's Banana Cake

125gm butter
175gm sugar
2 eggs
2 mashed bananas
1 tsp bicarb soda
2 tbsp boiling milk
225hm sr flour

Ice with cream cheese icing with lemon juice.
Double this for my tin.
