Mamma's Freak'n Awesome Play Doh Recipe

1 cup salt
2 cups flour
4 tsp cream of tartar
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 cups water

Combine altogether + cook over medium heat. Stir constantly. This dough keeps a long time.
